Elgin, from our historic collection of late Victorian and Edwardian cotton lace curtains, is a finely woven, open pattern featuring a dense border that surrounds tiny sprays of flowers and an inner floral frame. This elegant pattern is suited for 19th and early 20th century interiors. For a simple, elegant window treatment, use one 59” width panel per window; for a fuller look, use two 36” widths. The special 118” width will accommodate even the largest window!
