Old Colony

$51.00$236.00

The Old Colony Panel was based upon a needlepoint door curtain by Margaret Whiting (1860-1946), member of the Deerfield Society of Blue and White Needlework, and is in the collection of the Memorial Hall Museum in Deerfield, MA. The pattern combines the influences of the Colonial Revival and Arts and Crafts Movements. During the first decades of the 20th century, the Colonial Revival was as popular as the Craftsman influence; in fact, many dwellings were furnished in a combination of the two. Our Old Colony lace curtain panel is the perfect choice for those who desire an elegant curtain that blends both styles. Its gentle curves and floral motifs will provide a graceful embellishment to your home be it a Victorian, Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, Craftsman Bungalow, Prairie Style or Mid-Century Modern home. Available as finished panels and as a table scarf.
